Pay your Telco auto loan, personal loan, personal line of credit, debt consolidation loan, and/or credit card using an account at another financial institution. With our Online Payment Tool you can quickly make payments from our website... no need to log in to Online Banking!

  • Have your account and routing number from your other financial institution
  • Create your 13 digit loan account number (how to create your loan account number) and  enter your loan ID for the Telco loan you are paying. (Call us at 828-252-6458 during normal business hours if you need assistance.)
    You will also need the last 4 digits of the primary account holder's social security number.
  • Click the 'Make a Payment' button below. No need to log in to Online Banking!
  • Enter the loan information and the external account information when prompted.
  • Authorize and submit your payment. It's that easy!

What if I'm having trouble logging in?

We have a 'Forgot Username' or 'Forgot Password' feature in our Online Payment Tool. This will walk you through the process of identifying your Username and resetting your Password. If you need further assistance, you can call us at 828-252-6458.

Can I make a payment from my Telco account using  Express Pay?

At this time, the  Online Payment tool is for members choosing to pay their loans from another financial institution. If you would like to make a payment from a Telco account, please log into Online and/or Mobile Banking.

Is there a fee to use Express Pay?

If you are making a loan payment from a checking or savings account, there is no convenience fee. Please allow 1-3 business days for your payment to process and credit your loan. Any payments  made after 6:45 PM Eastern Time will not begin processing until the next business day. If you are paying a loan with a debit or credit card, you will incur a convenience fee (please see fee schedule). You can not use a Telco credit/debit card to make a payment on your Telco loan.

What types of loans can I pay through Express Pay?

The  Online Payment Tool can be used to make payments toward auto loans, personal loans, personal lines of credit, debt consolidation loans, mortgage loans and credit cards.

How do I find my routing and account information for my other financial institution?

Typically, routing and account numbers can be found at the bottom of a check or deposit slip. Verify if your account is eligible for Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions. If you need assistance, contact your financial institution.

When will my payment post to my loan?

Payments made before 6:45 p.m. Monday through Friday (Eastern Time) will post to the loan by the end of the next business day. Payments made after 6:45 p.m. will post to the loan by the end of the second business day. *Note: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.

Are there limits on how much I can pay toward my loan when using Express Pay?

Yes. The minimum payment is $15.00. The maximum is $2,500.

Can I set up a recurring payment?

To set up automatic, recurring payments you must visit your local branch. This can not be set up online.
